Jason joined Tower Chambers in 2019 upon completion of his pupillage with Mr Lincoln Cheung, Mr Hectar Pun SC, Mr Earl Deng, Mr Valentine Yim, and Ms Catherine Wong. Jason completed his LL.B. and P.C.LL. at the University of Hong Kong, and was a top-scorer in conflict of laws in his years.

Jason is developing a broad civil practice, and has experience in areas such as bankruptcy and insolvency, company, land (including adverse possession, conveyancing, compulsory sale, government re-entry and New Territories land), trust, and general commercial law.  He also has wide exposure in public law and judicial review, and has been involved in many cases concerning constitutionality, human rights, discrimination, elections, town planning, social security, non-refoulement claims, and public order.

Jason accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.
