Ken Cheng commenced full practice in 2015 after completing his pupillage with Mr Adrian Bell S.C., Mr Neal Clough (on extension), Mr Kenny Lin and Mr Giles Surman. He is developing a broad practice of all areas of civil and criminal works, and has been instructed in a wide range of cases involving areas such as land, company, commercial, trust, matrimonial, contract, bankruptcy and winding up, personal injury and building management matters.
Before being called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2015, Ken had passed the PRC National Judicial Examination in 2012.
He has frequently appeared as an advocate on his own in various levels of courts including the Lands Tribunal, Magistrates’ Courts, the Family Court, the District Court, the Court of First Instance and also the Court of Appeal.
