Victor served his pupillage with Mr Kenneth KY Lam, Mr Martin Wong, Ms Maggie Wong S.C. and Mr Kenny Lin and joined Tower Chambers in 2023.

After obtaining his LLB and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong, Victor went on to complete an LLM at Cornell University with a focus in medical law.

Victor is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work.
