Thomas obtained his LLB with First Class Honours and PCLL with Distinction at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was a legal trainee (Barrister) with the Department of Justice where he was attached to the Prosecutions Division and Civil Litigation Unit. He also served as a marshal to the Honourable Madam Justice Anthea Pang. He also served pupillage with Mr. Jonathan Kwan, Mr. Anthony Chan and Mr. Lincoln Cheung.

Thomas is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Thomas is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
